Policies

How do I return an item?

Please go to our Returns and Exchanges link. Here you will be able to fill in the requested details we need to issue you a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without one. Please package your merchandise with care and include all original packaging. If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend that you insure your return and get proof of tracking information in case your package gets lost in transit. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your return and we are not responsible for your return until proof of delivery to Amy,inc located at 7154 E. Stetson Drive, D100, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Amy,inc cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging and shipping.

Return and Exchange Policy

Amy,inc prides itself on offering the highest quality of merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. To serve all clients equally, Amyinc.com follows the same policy as the Amy,inc Scottsdale store. Cash and credit card refunds are not allowed. Only unworn merchandise with all tags attached may be returned for store credit only. A gift card will be issued for online returns and will be sent through USPS Priority Mail when the items are received and processed. Returns will be processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of the goods. You will receive an email when the transaction has processed and the gift card has been sent. Items may also be exchanged. A return authorization number is required and must be requested within 14 days of purchase for both returns and exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable and they will be charged on each order shipped, including exchange orders. Online orders may be returned or exchanged in-store as well and follow the same guidelines. In-store purchases are not available for an online return authorization number and must be returned directly to the store. Even if you have an affiliation with the owner, there are no exceptions.

All sale items are a final sale. Items purchased using a storewide promotion greater than 15% are a final sale. Customized and personalized items are a final sale.

Please be aware that all boxes and duster bags are required for footwear returns. All packaging including vendor jewelry bags and boxes included in receipt of the item are required for accessory returns.

Order Cancellations

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Amy Says

Once you have become an online client, our custom feature called Amy Says designates what size we believe we would select for you based on the following model: You have filled out our special sizing questionnaire that we designed based on our years of client interaction and we combine it with our extensive product knowledge. This feature is designed to assist you just as we do in the Amy,inc store. Therefore, you are able to change the personally selected size and you are solely responsible for the size that is purchased. We do not under any circumstances allow returns that do not follow our return policy due to a purchased item that does not fit, even when, but not limited to, following the Amy Says option.

Dressing Room

Our custom Dressing Room feature is designed to better assist those online clients who have selected their goods but before purchasing, prefer to try them on in our Scottsdale store at a selected time within 24 hours. This feature allows a limited amount of items to be selected. We do not guarantee that all items will be available in store for holding due to the lag time between receiving our website Dressing Room orders and our real-time, in store sales. As soon as we receive and view the Dressing Room order, the items available will be pulled off of the sales floor until exactly 1 hour after your selected appointment time. You do not own the items selected until purchased either in store or online.

Shipping Methods & Policies

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm MST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise.

Domestic Shipping Options and Rates

We currently only offer shipping within the United States and all packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. The size of the box determines which shipping method we use. We offer three different shipping options. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or US territories.

Tracking Your Order

You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via UPS:

  1. Find the USPS or UPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Click on the tracking number link to view your item's tracking page on the shipping company’s website. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, visit www.usps.com or www.ups.com and enter the number in your shipping confirmation email to track your order.
